Rovings are available as E-glass or TCR boron-free and fluoride-free glass fiber. They provide higher mechanical properties (modulus of elasticity) than E glass, superior chemical corrosion resistance, especially very similar acid resistance with traditional ECR glass.

Description CTG T132BS rovings is designed for use in spray up with a general purpose and silane sizing. It has an excellent compatibility with unsaturated polyester (UP) and vinyl resin(VE) systems. CTG T132D is a 11 micron glass fibre sprayup roving with excellent conform-ability, to tight radii. Its is a silane based sizing system which is compatible with polyester and vinyl ester resin systems. 180 Assembled Roving for Spray-up is coated with a silane-based sizing, compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester and polyurethane resins. JUSHI 162 is designed as chop roving for pipe and tank manufacture. It is coated with a special silane-based sizing compatible with unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins, especially fast wet out.

Application T132BS is a sprayup roving which has good vertical hold reducing drape. Its wets out quickly, during roll out it consolidates easily and offers good physical performance. It may be used in areas such as truck body parts, sanitary acrylic backup, swimming pool and marine manufacture, etc.. It is principally used in the manufacture of detail, complicated mouldings. It is a leading product in reducing glass fibre spring back from small radii moulded parts. It is suitable for the production of boats, bath-ware, auto parts; indeed anywhere where excellent conform-ability is required.. 180 is a versatile general purpose spray-up roving used to manufacture boats, yachts, sanitaryware, swimming pools and automotive parts and also pipe by centrifugal casting process. 162 Assembled Roving is coated with a special silane-based sizing compatible with unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins. Produced from E6 glass, 162 is designed for use in FRP chop applications, offering strong resin absorbability and excellent water resistance and chemical corrosion resistance in the FRP products.
