Description	Sealer GP is a high modulus, clear, flexible film with superior substrate adhesion that forms a protective shield on the mold surface.	Flex-Z®is an industry breakthrough-a variable release system that gives total control to the molder.	Chemlease® One FS EZ is a HAP’s-free* solvent-based semi-permanent release for the composites industry which affords easy application in one step.	Surface Cleaner is a combination of solvents specially blended to aid in the preparation of new and used moulds ® and plugs prior to treatment with ZyvaxMoldConditioners and Release Agents.

Overview	As a conditioner, Sealer GP is designed to treat both the chemical and physical bonding sites found on every “raw” mold surface. In addition,Sealer GP provides the base needed to extend the life of the release coating and will allow optimal performance from the release coating.	An array of six products with a common platform, Flex-Z® provides flexibility in mold release levels that is an absolute requirement. Formulated to control physical and chemical factors in polyester-molding environments, Flex-Z® reduces prep-time, eliminates sag and delivers predictable release across the performance spectrum from minimum to maximum slip.	This single step release agent is suitable for a complete range of polyester systems from small simple moldings to large complicated ones.	Zyvax surface cleaner readily removes waxes and other surface contaminants without harming or dulling the working surfaces of the mold. Therefore preparing the surface for the application of Zyvax Sealer GP.

One FS EZ will allow multiple releases	Zyvax Surface Cleaner can be used to remove all release agents, leaving no residue. The application is very easy to use, with fast drying of the mould surface.
Use	Sealer GP overcomes micro-porosity in mold surfaces,eliminates the break-in time for new molds, restores a uniform surface when used over a mold repair or patch,protects the surface of the mold from styrene emission and oxidation, therefore extending the useful life of the mold.	Flex Z 1.0 has the lowest slip factor for applications such as tape lines, to Z 6.0 for the highest slip factor difficult to release molds. Whatever the last coat is will be the surface release level. This enable different release for different areas on the same mold. The most common used products are Z 3.0 & Z 4.0. Storage & Shelf Life	Store product between 5ºC and 30ºC. Shelf life is 18 months from the date of manufacture, in the original unopened container. NOTE:Product is moisture-sensitive. Container must be kept tightly closed when not in use.	Store product between 5°C and 30°C .Shelf life is 18 months from the date of manufacture, in the original unopened container NOTE: Product is moisture-sensitive. The container must be kept tightly closed when not in use. Useful life of product is 60 days from opening of container.Product must be kept in the original container and the lid replaced immediately after dispensing. After opening, product should continue to be stored properly.	Do not store attemperatures above 49°C. Keep container tightly sealed to prevent evaporation and/or contamination. If stored in cold temperatures allow warming to room temperature before use.	Store product between 5ºC and 30ºC .
